Born in Catanzaro, Isabella Sisca is specialized in sports physiotherapy. She studied for many years in Geneva, with the Prof. Schreder Otto, achieving the diploma in Anatomy and Movement, then she studied in Lugano, where she took the specialization in Theatrical Aesthetics in the famous school of Gabriella Hunger Ricci. Later, at the art school in Vienna she has granted the status of Rhythmic Dance and the Diploma in Honorem for artistic merit. In 1975 she has established in Cosenza the Centro Internazionale di Danza and in 1981 The Company of Ballets "A. Rendano".

In 1998 and 2000 she received the Gold Medal in the Capitol for her activities. Even in 1998 she was awarded the Gold Medal "City of Verona". On May 2005 she received from the Kiwanis Club Cosenza the High Recognition for her carreer. In 2005, in Komiza on the island of Vis, in Croatia, she received the Career Award in the presence of prestigious people form the world of ballet. In June 2007 she received the plaque "Regione Calabria" coined form the jewelry Gerardo Sacco.

In November 2010 still receives a Lifetime Achievement Award presented by Luigi Pignotti, known impresario of the great dancer Rudolph Nureyev.
